Calls incessantly without a message or caller ID

Caller called my work and my cell saying he has my ssn and that he was calling about a debt .. I could barely understand him.. he couldnt speak english.

this call is for, will you except the call.

Neve answer but continue t get calls from this number. They wll not leave messages.

Don't ever leave msgs but call multiple times daily!! Annoying!

I recieved a phone call from this number and the person calling from this number tried to pass as someone from Wells Fargo Bank verifying a change of address. I did not respond and called wells fargo to verify and they told me that they never call to verify a change of address.

How do people like this get a "do not call" number? I wasn't home when the call came in, but I can get a number without even a message being left. These types of calls are SOOOOOO annoying!

called me at home at 7:39pm. i answered and said hello 3-4 times, then they hung up.

I have received calls from this number for the last several weeks. The callers have accents making their messages hard to understand. The return call number is different from the one on the caller ID. When I finally got someone on the phone, I was told that the State has filed a claim against and was taking me to court for a payday loan. When I asked for the name of the company, they hung up on me. I called again and was told the office closing and no one had time to talk to me.
